A college girl's guide to fashion

Kristen Stewart’s Incredible Fashion Transformation

Let’s face it: Kristen Stewart has not always been the best dressed star out there. If you don’t believe me, take a gander at the picture below:

Exactly. Now do you agree with me?

The actress’ look has changed drastically within the past year, however, thank gosh. I have no idea what sparked the change (a new stylist perhaps?), but all I can say is that I’m thankful for her more lady-like fashion sense.

Previous to her fashion overhaul, Kristen tried to pull off the tomboy look, but alas, was unsuccessful. The trick to the masculine look by the way is tailored pants and vests, which show off the female shape… Kristen simply wore baggy sweatshirts and jeans though, which is a big no-no according to the average fashionista… Unless it’s final exam week. In that case, such an outfit is a-okay.

Within the past year, Kristen has thrown out her boyish sweats and exchanged them for stylish dresses, skirts, and blouses. She occasionally still dons menswear, but she pulls it off now by wearing structured items that fit her body to a “T.”

For the first time, she looks put together on the red carpet, and has switched up her shoe of choice, which were typically Converse sneakers– paired with EVERYTHING from jeans to formal dresses. I love my Converse, but yikes. Floor length satin dresses with worn-in sneaks? What a fashion blooper!

Take a look at the picture gallery below, and check out some of Kristen’s latest red carpet looks. She looks great! I do admit she still wears some odd clothing combinations though… Regardless, it’s pretty evident that her style has improved over time, which only means that she’s going to keep upping her fashion sense in the future… Which is a good thing.
